Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is sacred work, and I also understand that life happens to us all.

Cancellations & No-shows : Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable and will be charged in full. This is to honor the preparation that goes into each session and the limited ability to fill the space on short notice, as well as the limited ability to offer the space to someone else on short notice. Thank you for your understanding & for respecting this energetic exchange.

Illness & Rescheduling: If you booked a session and become ill within 24 hours of your appointment, please reach out. You’re welcome to reschedule once, or we can shift your session to a Zoom distance healing at the same time.
